Random Tweaking; New Folders

As you all know, creating new folders results in 'new folder (2,3,4, etcetera)'.

However, I was wondering if it was possible to tweak it so that it showed up as something other than 'new folder'.

Example; Create new folder results in 'An empty Folder'.

I want another random tweak for my computer and I would love ya'll dearly if you were of assistance.

    That's easy, just let my parents use it for an hour!
