Problem with Explorer 7.0

edited November 2006 in Science & Tech
I've been trying to access a site and none of the links will work. I called the website support, and they told me that it was an Internet Explorer problem. I'm not sure what to do or who to contact, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure exactly what problem you are having, because personally I have not seen a case where the links just don't work.

The quickest and easiest way to determine if it is an IE problem is to download FireFox (an alternate browser to IE) and see if the website works in it.

You can download FireFox at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

You should also go to the "Tools" tab, select "Internet Options", and put all the settings to their default levels.

It is, indeed, an Internet Explorer error. The site works perfectly with Firefox. How can I remedy this situation?
I did recently download 7.0, so is this just a bug that they are going to work on, or is this something that the website in question needs to update?

All of the settings are default, and it still doesn't work.
