I use Alt-PrintScreen key combination to capture individual windows into the clipboard and paste into Paint or Paint.NET just like the attachment. Ctrl-PrintScreen captures the whole screen into the clipboard. But since the picture is large, I did not attach the whole screen. Is this what you are looking for?

I think what he wants is a display of that entire scrollable list with a single print screen option. As far as I know, nothing like that exists. You'll have to print screen, paste, scroll, print screen, paste, etc. Obviously you an do some chopping to put them all together, but I don't think there is anything that can do what you want.

SnagIt 7 will do it but it's not free. I took this screen cap not even a minute ago.

Thank you for all your help!

Would you please answer my questions below if you would so kind to me?:

Have you ever infected w/ virus/spyware by download/installation of the CaptureNPrint?
(I am concerned of the infection since I could not display this website of the software w/ both IE7 and Firefox 2.0)

Would you be able to visit this website of the software?
(To check whether the site is down, or my web browsers have a problem on the display)

Thank you mirage, Cyclonite, airbrat, Kwitko, and Hawk for your time and help!

The website worked just fine for me. Don't know what to tell you.

I scanned the download with two AV programs, and it came up clean as well.

    • Helpneed, thankyou for your persistance requesting recommendations for a freeware utility. Thankyou, too for your link to Fastone Capture 5.2 freeware utility. (They have some other nice utilities there, too for those who might be interested.)
    • airbrat, thankyou for the info. re: SnagIt (latest ver. = 8.2) ~$40.00US
    • Hawk, thankyou for your lead to CaptureNPrint 6.6 (Snap-It) freeware utility
Great finds ya'll! I've used PrintKey Pro (latest ver. = 1.4) ~$20.00US for years. Didn't know there was anything out there that could capture scroll windows (the hidden part). This is terrific!

Does anyone know what the SnagIt (non-freeware utility) has, if anything, that the others don't have?

    EDIT://
I think I've got it. Looks like SnagIt has some fancy bells and whistles that the others don't have. The others are just screen shot utilities. SnagIt let's you do some editing, too.

    Exerpt from SnagIt's web site:
...With SnagIt, you can select anything on your screen – an area, image, article, Web page, or error message – and capture it. Then, save the screen capture to a file, send it to SnagIt’s editor to add professional effects, share it by e-mail, or drop it into PowerPoint®, Word®, or another favorite application...
