Are Thermaltake PSU's any good?

Guessing they are not, but they are sold for $79, £49 and €67. (did I cover enough currencies?)
It is a lot cheaper than Antec.
Antec is better I have figured that out.
But how will the TT psu compare to the Antec Truepower?

Both PSU will be approx. 400W

That's not cheaper than the Antec 430w True (~75 USD on Pricewatch)

no experience with them. I'd stick with Antec and PC Power & Cooling...

Here in Denmark the Antec TP430W ships at approx. $ 100 and the Thermaltake LC-400ATX ships at $ 50.
I suspect that this Thermaltake PSU is not vey good though.
There is also a Thermaltake Silent Purepower 420W it ships at $ 94.
I suspect that compares better to the Antec.

Yeah, that is probably a more likely a comparable product. There is a lower quality Antec power supply (not TruePower) that probably sells at the same price as the Thermaltake you were looking at. If that is your price range, then the cheaper Antec is probably a good buy.
