edited December 2006 in Science & Tech
What antivirus software do you guys recommend? I have been using Norton antivirus pro 2004 for the longest time and now the renewal is ending. Right now I have Bitdefender 10 plus b.c it was rated #1 when I searched for top antivirus 2007. Is this reliable? I felt real safe with my Norton

    Still feel safe?

Kaspersky and AVG are the best.

If you're going to get a subscription, get Kaspersky. Otherwise, get AntiVir (Free).

For years I was a Symantec fan but their AV and Firewall software have become such incredible system resource hogs that I no longer use or recommend them.

I now use NOD32 for my AV and Comodo Firewall for my firewall. I've been really happy w/ both of them. They both work very well, update frequently, and are slim on system resources.
