How to identify My Processor?

Is there a way for me to identity what type of P4 processor I have with having to crack open my case? :scratch: I know it's a 3 Ghz P4, but how can I tell if it is a Prescott or any of those other types? I'm trying to upgrade my mobo but I don't know what type to get.

    CPU-Z will identify the core.

    Thanks! Do you know of any good 478 socket mobos that are still out there?
