Low power fans

I would like to get a clear case with led fans for case fans. Problem is all the 80mm led fans peak at about 34 CFM. I would like fans that are atleast 45, or is that the peak for 80mm? As for the case, I'm thinking about getting the x-clear from xoxide.com. Newegg and tigerdirect didnt have any clear cases. Any other site suggestions would be nice.

There's only one 80mm LED fan that I'm aware of that'll push 45cfm+, and it's not even a true LED fan. The Thermaltake Smart Fan2 with "CoolMod" will fit the bill, but it's an orange fan with an LED fan grill, not a clear LED fan. Outside of that, there's nothing out there that can do what you want.

Also, check out www.nexfan.com ... they generally have fans at much lower prices than Newegg...

    Huh? I don't get it...

They make white LEDs... I've got a good 15 or 20 of them, in fact...

I would think that people would want color if they are getting LEDs

There are also infrared LED's, which emit light that cannot be seen by the naked human eye :)

yea, ive seen them. In a clear case though, i think the case itsself will be illuminated and you wont be able to see inside, atleast around the fans.

Fudgam, it depends on what you're using the LEDs for. In this case (no pun intended), yeah, you'd probably want color LEDs. However, I'm using some of mine for a flashlight. I just need to order a few dozen more (I'm thinking a total of like, 50... @ 9300mcd each. They have a narrow beam, but it doesn't matter with that number of light sources)
