///FOUND ONE///

Want to buy 550 Watt or better power supply unit. Does not need to be PC Power Cooling or upper end OCZ. Antec or equivalent would sufficient. Of course, I wouldn't mind a premium brand if the price is right.

The PSU must have EPS 12V capability (2 X 4-pin connector) and PCI-E (6-pin) connectors. "SLI-ready" is not necessary

Let me know what you have. I do have some trade items, but I can also pay cash:

FT:

nVidia Quadro FX 1300 AGP (workstation video card)
various case fans
all types of video, IDE, and SATA, USB cables

Shipping to Alaska is not expensive if you use US Postal Service Priority Flat Rate. (same rate as shipping to your neighbor)

    CompUSA had the same PSU for about $89 after MIR. Good price for sure, but I'm looking to spend less. That's why I posted here, in case someone with a hyper system with SLI/Crossfire has upgraded to a very high output PSU and has a mere 550W (mere? LOL) PSU they need to get rid of. The system that this PSU will go in is currently drawing 290 watts at full CPU load, video at idle. The PSU installed now is an Antec 430W TruePower that handles everything perfectly. I will be upgrading the system with an X1950Pro, which draws considerably more power than the present video card...I think. I thought I might need more reserve power from the PSU than what I have now.

    The X1950 Pro will be passed down to other computers as newer components go into the main rig. Trickle down effect. Anyway, I just don't see all four home computers having Vista any time soon. That'll take years.

    I got what I needed. I found a High Power 560 Watt -- "HIGH POWER® 560w EPS12V nVIDIA SLI Certified Active PFC power supply..." on eBay. Reviews were decent and the 560W is not peak power, but max power. Should work well for my needs with power to spare.
