Catalyst Control Centre: Do you?

edited April 2007 in Hardware
Hi everyone!

Having just done another fresh install of my computer, I thought I'd check and see what you guys think - do you use CCC or not? I'm thinking that it cant really offer any performance advantages over settings AA/AF etc in-game, can it?

My line of thinking is that especially with my processor (Athlon64 3400+ - a bit dated now) any additional processes that are running will slow the game down.

Opinions? Cheers!

No experience with it. A few years ago when I did some gaming and GPU overclocking, I experimented with both ATI tuning software (don't remember what it was called at the time). I didn't see that it made much difference for what I did with the computer.

Just give it a try. If it doesn't accomplish anything for you, you can just uninstall it.

ATI's CCC is a great tool, and many use it.
