help with hard drive

Ok. i copied a smaller hard drive to a larger one. I then activated the rest of the larger hard drive. My problem is that the large hard drive is now split into two partitions, which i do not want. Does anybody know how to combine these two partitions on a windows xp sp2?

Is this a single drive in the system, or is a second, storage drive?
