    I know what has changed, I have read reviews. What I need is a comparison. I emailed Gamers Depot (who have reviewed my current system, the Z680 and the new Klipschs) but havn't recieved a reply and doubt that I will :(

    Well, turns out that it is still impossible to but Klipsch Speakers in the UK. There is only ONE supplier in the ENTIRE UK who sells Klipsch and they have never been heard of by anyone and they don't have the Ultra set (the only one I was considering). So I am about to drop the ball on the Z680's.

    Just hope they live up to all the hype....

    Someone has brought up that the Creative Megaworks 550 may be a better alternative, and especially the up-coming Creative Gigaworks system, which is supposedly going to be very good. Anyone have any ideas on these?

    I've heard the 550s in action, and it sounds like ****.

    Bass response is ok, high end is pretty good, but the mid range is almost entirely lost.

    I still suggest the Z680, as I've read many speaker reviews, and all the the reviews of speaker systems from other companies besides logitech say in effect that they aren't as good as the Z680s..But I've never seen one say it was better than them.

    Has anyone actually heard any word on the new Gigaworks? As they are supposedly good.....

    Can you all please check the version of the firmware/serial on the POD itself please.

    EDIT: It's already been shipped..... frankly, I am dreading the arrival now....

    ahaha. Order fell through due to company inpompitence. I am now persuing the Gigaworks S750 7.1 system (Seen it at Dabs for £299, anyone know anywhere any cheaper?).
