You can also just right click in an empty part of the Windows Explorer/My Computer window and select View, the select Thumbnails. (at least in XP)
Ugh, So after I repaired windows, the thumbmails where working again. This time when I was installing everything, I double checked the video folder to see if it was that program that disabled it. When I updated to SP2 I noticed that was when it happened. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it, now that I KNOW what is causing this problem?
EDIT:
The thumbnails ONLY for .AVI files are not showing, and also are not playing, so that is the reason why the thumbnails dont show? None of my .AVI files are playing on WMP. What codec am I missing?
EDIT:
installed Divx, and read that microsoft screwed up with one of the WMP updates so I uninstalled that that only WMP udate and the thumbnails show, and play now.

You uninstalled DivX or you uninstalled the WMP update? If the WMP update, can you recall which one? Nonetheless, this is good information!
