Shuttle pc PSU

Hi guys
I am thinking of getting a shuttle pc, SB51G.
If ya have anything good or bad to say about this fire away.
If I do go ahead with this, ill take my 2.4B and put it in the shuttle and get a 2.8B for my current machine.

I am in south korea and will take it home with me to Canada.
After some searching and reading I found this:

We would like to mention that the power supply unit from ACHME has no ordinary 110V/220V switch. The point is that this PSU can work at any supply line voltage lying within this range without any additional effort on user's part.

To me that says all i will need to do is get a new powercord when I go home and the PSU, in the shuttle pc, will handle the power change on its own.
That sound right to you???

Thanks guys
And again, anything good or bad to say about a shuttle let me hear it.

I think it says just that. You don't have to change anything for it work at either voltage.

I don't know about the voltages as I only used mine here in the states but I loved my little cube quite a bit. The blue shell I added was pretty nicely finished.
I had the SN41G-2 and I had no real complaints about it aside from the lack of good overclocking options in the bios.

Me too!!! Actually I am on it right now. I use it for work, till my company builds me a computer capable of running photoshop.

If it has no voltage switch, it should auto-select the voltage. If you want to be safe, just get an atx power supply tester and when you take it home, plug it into the tester (with nothing else connected) and then plug it into the wall... if it works, it's fine. if it goes "bang", you'll be needing a new one...

I imagine it should be good to go with a new power cable for US plugs. I have a Meanwell psu for a peltier element that is set up the same way, takes voltages from 100-250v 50/60 Hz without having to mess with switches.

I love my shuttle SK41G - i use it for a HTPC and the thing runs like a charm. A bit loud, but otherwise lovable.
