    just to update...

    spent about two hours with the gentleman who is helping me build the pyro flame thrower. drinking beers and doing some test fires, we have found the perfect way to make it happen. lets just say I am very excited about my flame thrower. It got dark before I could snag some pics of the parts before build, I'll try to remember in the morning.

    also got the boots and gloves for the costume. Will be on the lookout for a gas-mask soon. also I have been practicing my mumbling @ work since the pyro never actually talks...gonna be good times

    Fatcat I wanted to call you today - I found the exact gasmask up here at Joe's Army/Navy Surplus.

    Do you want me to pick it up for you? or do you just want to go there when you get up here?

    I got all the parts now. I spent about 30 minutes screwing with it tonight before it got dark. I have tomorrow off so unless something comes up, the pyro flame thrower will be built. Then I just have painting left.

    I just love the little pictures on the propane tank showing a guy on fire! :beer:

    I'm torn, The vest is really brown in the game. Everyone Vote please. The vest I have or Black. Joes army navy has a black vest also.

    its a very dark brown, although almost black...hmmm...its up to you buddy

    Beta test of Soldier Costume v1.0 tonight: boy scout halloween party

    Perry won best costume (his hair was up in the helmet, but he let it down for the pic)

    Still have to dye the coat blue, and finish the rocket launcher.

    Also, since I won't be making a TF2 costume, I decided that I had to do something to make amends and earn my entry to the Oktoberfest. Will this suffice?
