Internet Breaker?

Is there any program that stops, or lags my internet, without losing it?
It would kinda be like Zonealarms Stop internet thing.

    Uh, are you saying your computer has this problem or you want this problem? Sorry, but your post is not clear to me.

    If you are articulating what I think you might be, you probably have a virus or malware infestation.

    I think he wants to find a means to virtually disable a connection without terminating it. So something can THINK it's online when it isn't.

    Exactly, i want the program to think its online but its not.

    Shenanigans. Smells like piracy, and I'm pretty sure there isn't such a critter anyway.

    If you want to make your browser think it's online you can redirect your home page back to your machine. Any other page won't be fooled, but that one will.
