If you want to overclock more, and do it cheaply, I suggest a DFI BloodIron motherboard. Also, I suggest Seagate hard drives because Western Digital recently hopped aboard the RIAA/MPAA train, and it sucks.

If not going heavy duty with video card(s), you could do just fine with a less expensive PSU. I'm running my System No. 4 (Q6600@3500MHz) with an old Antec Type II 430W. The EPS12v connector was a mod by me. I merely spliced on a P4 connector, taken from an old dead PSU, to the existing P4 connector, shaved down the connector prongs to fit the board, and voila, EPS-12V. (oh, I see you will be using and 8800GT video card. yeah, you will want a minimum of 500w PSU)

    Very good case selection.

Motherboard. If you don't need RAID, Firewire, and a second PCI-e video slot, consider the Abit IP35-E. It's lean, mean, a great overclocker, and very inexpensive.

Since you're using an NVIDIA based video card you may want to go SLi at some point in time to give your then aged 8800GT an extra boost. If thats the case, I'd get an nForce 750i based board.

Also keep in mind the new Penryn based Intel cores are about to come out en masse next month. Chances are you'll want one of these over the Q6600.

Don't look now, but you can get your case for $60 after rebate if you act fast! See Slickdeals.

... though honestly, the 900 is on sale all the whiz-dang time lately.

Oh, and those Penryn 45ers got pushed back a couple months, as I believe Mason pointed out in the shorties. Sad day.
