Cheap Case/350w+ Power Supply

Any of you guys know of a good place that sells cheap everyday cases with a 350w or better power supply that wont rape me on shipping. Theres a store in town , the only place around here, that sells this type of stuff, but I wont give them anymore of my money since the last time I went in there and they insulted me by questioning someone I knew I was right on..

anyway, back on topic. Building a box for my mom and I just need an ordinary ATX mid tower case with a 350w power supply with reasonable shipping costs, any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

HOW cheap? Antec has some cases that fit what you're looking for for ~$70-90
