It was established that I'm on the line (unless they redraw the line with a thinner brush). That being said, prepare to have the fight beaten out of you

(but if you guys need a player, I guess I could be a turncoat...especially since 'The South' is where those incendiary cherries from the last 'SM-Lan' came from!)

I think it will be self-evident when we march to the sea and burn Orlando on our way.

Oh and Canada should be on the South side.
They DID burn down the White House :D

Why? Two thirds of the people living there are originally from Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, and New York anyway.

Good Game north, wish CB and Prime could have played more :(

I stopped playing when it became clear that it was not a battle of North vs. South, but a battle of the people in the basement of prime's house vs. the rest of the country, which included the people upstairs as well!

Besides, finding out that CB and prime shared the same MAC address was much more fascinating.

Absolutely obscure network problems ruined the game for me, combined with severe hard drive problems on both my desktop PC AND my router.

It was a bad hardware weekend for papa prime :-/

There's one at every LAN, and this time it was me.

It was both of us. I did not use my computer for anything the entire weekend.

Yeah but in your case I think it was a bit of SINGITIS... ;D

You were the single most prolific rock-bander out of all of us... I'm gonna estimate...... 7-8 hours? :p

CB was belting out facemelters on songs without facemelters. He showed no mercy.

It was weird for me. After awhile, I started to hate the singing. I didn't want to do it anymore, but everytime I told myself 'no more singing this weekend', other people would start to play again, and I had to choose between more singing Rock Band, more watching Rock Band, or doing something by myself. I chose to sing, and now I'm paying for it...

I had to give my students a writing assignment this morning. No lectures for me today.

To be fair, however, singing was not the only reason I wasn't using my computer. I would have played TF2 with everyone, but we just didn't figure out what was wrong until too late. Then, if other people had wanted to play computer games, I would have joined them at it, but with the exception of the 'civil war', no one else really used their computers for gaming either.

Did you tell your students you couldn't lecture because you were singing in a rock band all weekend?

Isn't that the same reaction that they would have had if you did lecture?
