Problem with Windows?

ola i have a problem my windows tell me when i open certain programs appears a message program didnt responde could you help?

    Hi, we would like to help you, but we need more information, please. What programs fail to respond? Maybe it is a problem with Windows - maybe just a problem with the particular program or programs.
