I have a request, assume the outlook we created many inbox and each inbox is associated with an email address for example if A is a manager of B and C, A wants to have another mail box of B and C on his outlook that allows A view B and C's message while B and C still is able to see their messages ?

do you have any idea?

    If A=C and B=C, then is A=B? The answer is yes! Oh sorry, flashbacks to 7th grade algebra. oops

    ha ha ................... I love your jokes, yes I really realy love it .................... I think exchange server can help that ............... but I do not have that server ................. :(

    You have 2 choices - a groupwise style server, which would be exchange, lotus notes, or one of many linux varieties.

    Alternatively you could use google apps to do a similar thing for sharing of information.

    But the bottom line is there is no easy solution to what you want through flipping some setting in outlook or remotely storing your .PST files (don't ever - ever do that by the way).

    You need a central repository for your email and that means some sort of server situation either locally or hosted by someone.
