He's bringing catapults... sorry. This may as well be a sign that that village is a gonner. He's been saving for quite a while so expect several thousand (maybe as high as 5k). I expect he'll launch more attack wave from the local villages as the attack time approaches. I would think he'd send one wave from each village to arrive several minutes before the main attack arrives. Probably to ram your wall and try to wipe out the troops. So... 4 or 5 waves minimum. I cannot fathom how this could be pushed back without, like, 10,000 defensive troops. I'll have 2,000 spearmen and 500 Paladins by then but you'll need a ton more than that.
You're call Sidekick... can you have your settlers sent by then? If so, I'd call the city a gonner and move. Of course, I WOULD distroy all buildings before letting him take it...

its your capital, and you have less than 4 villages.
it will NOT be conquered and nothing happens when its 0%
oh yeah, and my hero went from level 0 to level 4
and btw, i learned from all this that it CAN be conquered once you expand to 2 villages on speed server
