Anyone in the outpost want to join me, feel free to stop in!!

my outpost isn't too good offensively, but i notice his capital is a good 2 hour imperian march.
i'll just scout him and gather a few more troops.
if only i hadn't picked today to send my hero to claim an oasis elsewhere...

I sent 500 scouts... AND sent troops to reinforce CJ Two.

    HAHAHAHA.

    It's like...

AMAZINGLY bad timing for him to do that. I was JUST sitting here going "dammit, I have nothing to catapult".

OH LOOK. He has two 9-croppers in the middle of 50% wheat oases. Anyone want them? :ninja:

LeoLaster did it too! I'm suddenly in a target-rich environment :D I can barely contain myself with glee.

ME.... Well, I'm no where ready to spawn but I haven't conquered anything yet. Naw... I'll leave it to someone else, if they have spare settlers just lying around.

LeoLaster is going down down down down dowwwwnnnnn.....

Do you think 8K lvl20 Imperians, 300 lvl7 rams and 350 lvl7 cats will do the trick? :ninja:

//edit: I can only assume they thought they were a safe distance from us. Probably didn't take my level 16 tournament square into account, though.

Quick! Someone write down the coordinates of those 9-croppers before the villages are gone and we lose track!

    Oh dear, boom, boom, boom.

Had to laugh at their Alliance profile.
    "We are an Offensive Alliance"

Should that read "We were an Offensive Alliance"

hmm... this seems like a perfect opportunity.
i'm taking one of the 9c's from my outpost village, settlers will be ready tomorrow.

Now they're gonna be a defensive alliance until their population is 0.

I'm trying to figure out the Chief thing right now. I research a chief but it looks like I need to raise my residence up to lvl20 before I can train one, right?

Rodger, Dodger. I'm going to smack LeoLaster hard enough that he won't be able to stand up straight for a while, then I'll level the "King's" villages.

That is, unless you have a Senator? I could always lower their loyalty for you (would have to build some Senators, but that wouldn't be a big deal)

Right, the village needs an expansion slot per admin AND a level 20 Academy.

no senators here, but i'm going to settle nearby and claim the villages when they're destroyed.
and should i send my own catapults to LeoLaster's 9c's, just to speed up the 0-population effect?
i have 40, so i can send 2 waves of 20, each attacking twice

So... a normal village can only spawn 2 villages (Capital/Palace) can do 3. Does a chief/sentor take one of those slots or at level 20, a village can make as many chiefs as it wants but only capture if it has enough Culture Points?
  • Invisible-MuffinInvisible-Muffin Scotland

a cheif takes one slot, instead of 3 settlers.

but if the cheif is killed, it frees up the slot again to build another.

So a residence can only take make/take 2 villages MAX. I've seen 4 chief's attack at once so training more than one is possible. If a chief takes the village, do all of them disappear or only one leaving the rest or conquer another village.

I don't think you've ever see 4 in a single wave though, have you? I never have (and I have some experience losing villages! haha). You can have multiple, just limited per-village.

Only the chief that took it disappears.

Dear LeoLaster... I didn't attack you. Attack indicates that I meant to harm you in some way. What I did was obliterate you. I intended to wipe your village off the map so my alliance can claim it. See the difference?

You should probably check out peoples' alliances before you attack them.

So... do we let LeoLaster off the hook? We can always "make him" repay some to Crazy Joe?
  • LincLinc Owner Detroit Icrontian
    edited April 2008
Well we can let him off the hook AFTER my attacks are done. There's no recalling them.

Of course, there won't be much point leaving him on the hook after that, now will there?

I don't think it will be possible for him to repay CJ. He's going to be quite busy rebuilding his Main Building.

    And Barracks.

    And Residence.

Possible, but I won't feel bad. It's not my fault he's that bad at the game. Besides, he has plenty of time to formulate a defense if there's one to be had.
