Welcome back!!! We missed you. I mean... sorry for misreading and assuming that the greener pastures were too much to turn down. :respect:

Now... who do we do we put the smack down upon.

all i can say is i'm glad AlphaTrinity sent my settlers before reading all the assumptions, because if someone else took my spot i would not have been amused at all.

Haha, that definitely would have sucked. I thought I was going to lose my 9 cropper earlier so I know what you mean. ;)

Great to hear you're staying! :)

There's a 15 cropper just been started by Mythical from the "SERVER" alliance @ -53/295, just NE of me and my kin. Current pop of 7
There's also 2x 50% wheat oasis in the same 7x7 so this guy could become a problem at some point.

he's started a 15c with no nearby villages to support it... BIG mistake.
he's going to find his population growing minimally, 15c's need huge regular shipments from a nearby self-sufficient village from the very beginning, otherwise it's useless.

i can tell he's a big noob who heard about these 15 cropppers, and how big people like them, so when he found one his brain thought 'oh goody! now i shall settle it and troops will flow from its barracks!'

    *sigh*

Should we be taking him out now ?

to be fair, it would be a blessing to him to be taken out, and it wouldn't take long, since his 7 population will be level 1 main building, level 1 iron mine and level 1 claypit or woodcutter.
and possibly a wheat field or two.
that means 6 waves of 2 catapults could easily wipe him off the map, although i'd recommend waiting until someone has settlers ready to take that position, just in case.

Two of the 50% oasis will be taken mine and Muffin will take the other two. I figured the two 25% wheats will also be taken as our third oasis. That 15-c and the 15c down below us will need to be support 15 croppers. Those would be good troop holders for another 15-cropper, in my opinion.

Chief in training at Athena. One more level to residence at Aries, research chief, and train chief. So... if a village is reduced in loyality, I can take it from two locations. Aries has the army, Athena is just the first one done. I am training a few troops and sending my hero there now.

So... by later today, I should be able to attack with a rather large wave w/ cats, a wave with a senator a few escorts and cats, and then follow up with a final village conquering wave from Athena.

    We can commence attacks tomorrow?

Sounds good. I expect to have 2 Senators in Flint by the end of the day, so I can soften it up for you.

Toryl (of HIT) wrote me, telling me not to attack Jannis or Leolaster anymore. :wtf: I replied telling him I had no further interest in them and that I only attacked them after they attacked our alliance.

//edit: He has requested an informal NAP between us and them. I don't see why not, seeing as how I already catapulted Jannis out of the outpost and Leo's village is worthless to us, heh.

i hope he doesn't attack... i'll be the first to go down, since i'm the smaller one in the whole stealing operation and i sit on the ruins of Jannis.

I think you overestimate how much he cares. Jannis and Leo are somehow related to him. He's in the NE quadrant, meaning any attack would take a day. It would be more than sufficient for us to prepare, and he knows it. It definitely is not that important to him as long as I'm polite about it and don't make it personal.

He's quite content to have arranged the NAP. Consider them to no longer be viable targets.

Wow, just reading this thread was fun... I bet taking part in the events were even better :-D

I can't wait until I settle up there and start building a viable military.

Weird... The HIT Alliance clearly lists the following...
    WE DONT WANT N-A-P`s
    WE DONT MAKE N-A-P`s
    WE HATE N-A-P`s
offering us a Nap means to insult us!

Well.. Kay is still OK to go after so we're cool.... :D

Uh... I kinda scouted Kay... she's got 160k sitting unprotected. Hera forgot to close the stable doors and 1700 paladins are running hell bent to capture those resources... by accident, I sware!!! ;D
