Remember that many of the troops are geared towards specific types. Sending all the paladins home, you loose the elite ground troop killers. Spear only work good against horses. So... he's been sending overwhelming numbers of foot troops. I'd recommend sending some horse killers home. Spear and Legionnaire are your best bet.

Oh, I'll post this here too. 30K @ 5:49 UK. If some is waste it doesn't matter to me.

Update:

Tom has enough wheat until 12.00 (UK) 2.5 hours time.

Granary now at 66K (will be empty at 12) if any one can make shipments of 10K at a time to keep him going that would be good. He is running at -9300.

Fate has sent through 10000 for 12.00 this gets us another hour. - Thanks

We will have to consider sending some of the troops home.

Depends how much yer sending, TBonZ, he was on ~ 55 k running -9.3k just over an hour ago. (Granary is 66k as I am sure you know).

So, if yer sending 20 k you can send now... if it's more, best to wait a while

His granary is now full - roughly 5 hours of wheat, he will then need:

20K in 2 hrs or
30K in 3 hrs or
40K in 4 hrs

With the above and then regular top ups will ensure his granary remains topped up.
