also, world wonder villages have an exception to the pushing rule i think.
i may have read that somewhere
did you read that bit?
give me some time, i'll check up on my thought, to see if it was correct.
and WW's take monumental amounts of resources to build, so and one player couldn't do it on their own. plus it is supposed to be an alliance thing, so pushing doesn't exist for those villages, thats the logic behind it.
im up to about 135k each resource and over 400k wheat! i still have about 3700 troops left in there
im doing my good deed
yeah, there may or may not be a limit, i'm really not sure as the rules say nothing about it when i'm sure they used to, and say on other servers rule pages that there is an exception.
either way, be a bit careful and try to stay out of the pushing limit, just in case.
I'm at about 200k in Wheat and then my 3 million troops lost to hunger. I'm ramping up my wheat transfers so that number should jump. I REALLY would like to know how much they need so I'm not wasting wheat.
I've got 10,000 phalanxes and 2000 druid riders... But I can't send any wheat since my 15c is STILL not running at full yet so I can barely keep up with my own wheat costs If they need any troops let me know
does anyone think it would be a good idea to send settlers to make a village/villages nearby the wonder village, to develop as supply villages for it, or am i just being silly?
i have enough CP for 2 new villages, and have 2 villages settler ready, so should i?
they may be cata'd to the ground, but the might not... and i've got nothing better to do with my time on the server, other than make more and more troops, which gets a bit boring...
It risks being raided though, and if we're using it as a resource centre it'll be an easy target for Myth etc unless well protected by soldiers that are needed at the wonder :S
I dunno, if I were gonna do that I'd probably buy 250 gold for auto-ing it and coordinate a massive non-stop train of merchants to arrive at it as soon as it was founded, heh.
//edit: Plus, even full-size, I'm not sure it could hold enough troops to survive...
I don't think getting a village out there would be particularly easy but I could see the benefits. If you are just bored and need something to manage I'd say go for it muffin. Whats the worst that could happen? you lose your village. no biggie mrite?
the ultimate irony that i can sense coming would be that DTD level me to zero...
nah, i can't be bothered with that, i'll find something else to do with the expansion slots.
i wonder if there are any neighbours i can conquer, i quite liked doing the last one
I'm so sick of building villages it's capture or nothing for me at this point. I'd rather quit than build another village from scratch. I'm STILL building Deep Six and Kamikaze.
within 1 minute of searching, i found 2 noobs who have their second villages near to Cydonia, i think i could pull up to level 20 and take both of them, if they're small enough
486 and 352 population, not a bad find for random clicking of direction arrows... you'll see what happens.
and yeah, wonder... i'm saving up troops for later when they're needed a lot more, since the ones i have there barely die from attacks.
plus it gives me more defence until then...
and half my merchants are permanently away, and most are double capacity merchants
Thats another thing I was wondering about. My hero is at 0|74 and I have yet to receive a notice about attacks. Am I in the wrong place or should I just not be receiving messages about battles he is involved in?
you get a report of when you're attacked and how many of your troops died, you don't receive word of anything else when you're reinforcing.
and it doesn't seem to be attacked that much, and the defending force is obviously large enough to repel attacks.

Check your hero in a Heros mansion.
Thats where you'll see if its gained experience or whatever.
Mines gone up 2 levels since its been at 0/74
Mine has gotten more XP, I just noticed that, a few days ago it was at 25% now it is at 92%. I guess it takes a lot for the lvl 10-11 jump. I was just thinking "My hero should be over 9000 by now with all those attackers coming at it everyday" Apparently my views were exaggerated
I've sent about 250k worth of wheat...anyone seeing any reports?
Nothing, zero, nada, zilch.
Not even a "thank you very much" for the troops and wheat I've donated.
I'm beginning to wonder what our role is in this game.
plus, I'm getting bored playing Sim City and building troops so I've decided I need to conquer something before the end of this round. At least I can then say I did it.
Rams and catas are on the production line rolling out as we speak.......
Duchess is of the same view and is also working on rams and catas for a two pronged attack on some poor, unsuspecting, sap.
Just need to get those Residences upto level 20, Senators researched and built.
Comments
ive done my good deed
all of my villages are going for flat out supplies of the WW village right now all other production has stopped
as long as you're reinforcing a village then you can send pretty much all the wheat you want.
