Nice combo here, not state of the art, nevertheless pretty fast.
Asus P5WD2: Socket 775, SLI, IDE & SATA, and so forth. Very capable overclocking board for Pentium D and older CPUs. Motherboard will include IO shield, original manual, and whatever cables you need for it, including SLI strap. This motherboard has the Intel 955X chipset.

Intel Pentium D930, 3.0GHz, 65nm Presler, dual core. Very good overclocker - 4.0GHz on Big Typhoon class of air cooling. Runs a little hotter than a Core 2 Duo, but not too bad.
I'd like $90 for the combo, shipped USPS Priority.
Need a Socket 775 CPU heatsink to go with this? I've got a Zalman 9700NT up for sale also, $40 shipped USPS Priority.
Trade? I'd consider a 550W or better quality PSU, such as Corsair, OCZ, or PCP&C.
