Other alliances

Now is the time to make first impressions with other groups. If you're gonna raid people, try and hit those who are unaffiliated or in tiny, low ranked alliances.

Around me, HELIOS seems to be one of the power groups. I've introduced myself to one of their stronger members, madame butterfly (chris), and offered to help him if he gets into trouble. He's right next to me and his alliance is ranked higher than us, so it's good to make friends from the get-go.

HELIOS seems to have similar goals as us, and it's made up of the members of {u} from last server. Dunno how well they faired, but they seem to be veterans. I'll try and keep an eye on them. We may want to ally later.

Any other good looking, friendly groups around?

    I think the {U} WW was in the high 90's, there were loads of them who just banded together.
    They'll be pretty good if they were the main members.

    Noone near me that I wish to engage in diplomatic relations yet.
    And rank at this stage means they're bigger Sim City™ players ;)

    I have only made friends with 2 people ion my 7x7. Everyone else is free game.

    I have a personal NAP with Emperor Nick of NW*S* and Hotaru who was in Zero last round.

    Emperor Nick had asked me to join their alliance yesterday, I politely turned him down. He seems a genuine guy.


    Q/Muffin, Did we get any response back from him regarding an Alliance NAP or CP with NW*S*?

    I didn't message Nick, I felt that if Q sent a message, then 2 people at once could be a bit of overkill, and faitly annoying.
    Plus it would make us look desperate...

    I handle internal stuff and leave all official diplomatic relations to the King. That's the chain of command.... ;)

    I did message him but only to let him know that our King would look into it and that I was in favor of the confederation pact.

    As Crown Prince of the {IC} Kingdom, I am not authorized to extend official status to other alliances. We must wait for our King, LOL xD, to pass judgment on the subject.

    For the record... I have reviewed your alliance and think we share a common zest for the game. I am in favor of our two kingdoms joining into some formal negotiations, be it a NAP or full blown CP.

    I regretfully have to tell you I cannot accept any diplomatic ties at this moment as this may affect some other plans I have in mind.. I hope that this will change in the near future, and i will gracefully contact you with a proposition if it does!
