Problem with this pc is It's start to boot make it to xp than desktop
but before the icons can load it reboots.
and it keeps making to the same point and
reboots.
It does the same thing in safe mode, It was fine yesterday.
If the event keeps occuring at the same place every time, I suspect an OS problem somewhere(you could be having a BSOD event and are set to auto reboot).
I would
1. Run Memtest and make sure you have no problem there.
2. If Memtest passes, I'd give Rob's Repair a try.
If you have to fix the OS, you may want to head over to the Anti-Badware side of the house and make sure nothing evil snuck up on you.
