If it's a modern cpu (Core2 or AMD Dual core) you can use Coretemp.

Actually I have tried that already but it says "This is not an Intel Core Architecture based processor. This program will not continue" WTF it is a Pentium D 2.8 absolute Intel

That's a Pentium, not a Core cpu. They are totally different architecture.

You have a Pentium. That is totally different from a Core CPU. Core = new architecture, new brand.
Core Temp is for CORE cpus, not PENTIUM.
