Basically I was browsing and visited a site that came up with a warning that this site has been reported to give viruses so I closed it straight away. Since then my internet has been unexplainably slow- My signal and speed is fine but I keep getting disconnects, cannot be displayeds and other no-thank-you internet related problems. Hello Harudath,

Please use the latest version of HijackThis.

Download HJTInstall.exe to your Desktop.

• Doubleclick HJTInstall.exe to install it.
• By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
• Click on Install.
• It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
• Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
• Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
• Save the log to a convenient location as you'll need to post it
  

Don't use the Analyse This button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
Don't have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Please remove the old version
( C:\Documents and Settings\Harudath\My Documents\Folders\Tools\hijackthis )

Run Kaspersky Online AV Scanner
( Note: Internet Explorer should be used )

Please go to Kaspersky website and perform an online antivirus scan.

• Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
• It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
• When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
• Make sure these boxes are checked (ticked). If they are not, please tick them and click on the Save button:
  • Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
  • Archives
  • Mail databases
• Click on My Computer under Scan and then put the kettle on!
• Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
• You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
• Save this report to a convenient place like your Desktop. Change the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
• Copy and paste the report into your next reply.

Well, actually that is a virus. But it's in your Outlook account. Can't do anything to that. It shud not cause problems as I said.
