Compromised?

I'm not sure if I should have put this somwhere else because I'm not 100% sure if it is spyware or viruses.

I have recently been experiencing some issues with my yahoo e-mail account. I will get an email in my spam folder and either delete it or just leave it there (unopened)... Over the next couple of days or even sometimes imediately there will be an identicle email in my IN box. One of these e-mails was from EVGA saying they where going to process my request for a new card (mine is defective) and it said I was supposed to send an email with a .JPEG file of my receipt. This e-mail was in the spam folder, I did not reply. Not even 24 hours later I got another email from EVGA saying that my request had been exepted without me sending even a pic of the receipt, it just said mail it in with the receipt enclosed. Another e-mail that did the same thing was a hallmark e-card that was in my spam folder, it then later showed up (exact same e-mail) in my IN box. I clicked on the file that came in my inbox (not on home comp :)) to see if it was actually legit and the nortan scanner said it was a virus. I did not download it.... the email from the hallmark e-mail was postcards@hallmark.com.....

If anyone can shed some light on the situation it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time

Edit: Forgot to list what i've already tried. I ran AVG 8.0 (up to date), Spybot S&D (also up to date), I tried ripping my hair off of my head ;) (didn't help the situation)

    Hello TvManPwns,

Does sound like you got on some targeted spam list somewhere. Given the precautions you took, unless scans show something you wouldn't have likely gotten infection from all that, but you may want to contact EVGA and inform them about these emails. Also consider any websites where you might have indicated what graphics card you use (assuming you do use EVGA products).
