Help virus

If i do an anti virus scan it doesn't find anything but i keep having these pop ups of explorer telling me Download this crap and this crap to help get rid of the spyware. ANd these things keep poppîng up. When i'm playing games and shizzle.

do not really know what to do. last try here otherwise format c.

it says : ALert Networm-ivirus@fp or something:confused:



any ideas

    thx for the reply but i already solved it by format c. Cause i was thinking i had a lot of crap on my pc maybe format c is not such a bad thing. But put this site on sticky if i have problems i will come here again and first run the hijack. :D sorry for not keeping to forum rulzz but i didn't really read them :s cause i was in bit of a hurry.
