Bugs Eating My Screen
My backdrop has a message on it that says:Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer. I can use my computer but when it sits idle for a while, bugs start eating my screen. When I move the mouse it goes back just like turning off the screensaver. There is also no screensaver or backdrop tab in my display window in control panel.

They were supposed to call me back within 24 hours. After a week, I gave up on them, found this forum and started a thread. As luck would have it, they (at&t tech. support) called me back yesterday. Their technician connected with my computer and fixed my problem using the software that you suggested. Although my problem has been solved for now, THANKS AGAIN for your support and I will keep your instructions in case it happens again.
