hi.....recently my download speed dropped drastically.......when i download form u torrrent.....alon with d/l & u/l.......some thing else shown as 'L' is also using the bandwidth......can any1 tell whaz dis.......also i feel that some1 else using my bandwidth......mine is BSNL connection wired.......give suggestions.......thanx
