Decent sound card?

I'm fairly sure I'm going to get a set of Logitech Z680s for Christmas (read: Dad left his trunk open and I came home unexpectedly. He forgot to cover the corner of the box, and I saw what I thought was a Logitech logo on it, and there is now a very substantial box under the tree with my name on it), and I'd like to hook up all 3 of my desktops to them.

The Dual AMD has an Audigy2, and it can use the 6 channel minijacks, and the NF7-S has a TOSLINK output, but my "print server" currently has nothing.

Actually, it's got a Game Theater XP, but it's defective... to get it to work properly, the Line in, digital in, and auxilliary inputs all have to be muted.

So, I'm looking for a decent sound card for it... I think I'll probably have to use the aux. input Logitech intended for MP3 players and such, as I don't think it has another input that wouldn't already be in use. So really, 2 channels is sufficient. However, I want a DECENT sound card, so...

What I'm looking at now is the Voyetra Turtle Beach Santa Cruz, or the Hercules DigiFire 7.1, or the Hercules Fortissmo III 7.1. I'm leaning towards the DigiFire, because with the onboard firewire, I can take out my firewire PCI card.

However, if you've got any other ideas for a good sound card for $40-70, I'd be interested. There's only one caveat: NO CREATIVE CARDS. This is a Via chipset, and I don't want to deal with it.

    DigiFire is your best selection.

OEM audigy 2's are like 65 bucks, and they have a built in fire wire, even though you already have one...

The computer has an Apollo Pro 266 northbridge, and a 8233 southbridge. I've dealt with the Audigy2/via combo before, and I REFUSE to do it again.
