    Ballmer changes his mind more often than Brian changes his underwear.

    I'm taking the anti-Ballmer approach. Whatever his initial statement is, I'll just believe the opposite.

    He explained that Microsoft constantly analyzes the market for new opportunities in adding features that go unrepresented in competing offerings.
    If we can't do it ourselves, we'll buy it from someone else.

    But yes, probably won't happen.
