    Yes, I do have an XP COA on the machine that is from a decommissioned HP (which is defined as legal when the original computer is no longer in use).

    This system will max out CSS which is extremely similar, I can install TF2 tonight and give you a more detailed report on performance if you'd like.

    Yeah, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it shouldn't have any issues with TF2.

    I've played TF2 and CS:S on much worse :D
