Ok here are the specs

Asus M2N32-sli deluxe
AMD X2 5000+
evga 7950 GX2
4gb corsair ddr2 800

the problem is it boots and gives a screen but all it does is tell me the CPU and will sit there for 5 min and not budge till it goes to try to boot windows and then poof it stops, Now it doesnt go that far everytime, Sometimes it stops and sits at the main screen and that it, wont count the ram wont do much of anything

Testing i did was

New psu,
New GPU
New ram

All of this outside of the case

I have gotten into the bios twice and its kinda slow reacting

Am i right on the thinking of the mobo being the culprit?

To me, it sounds like a flaky board too, Gnome. Are you sure the board has a new enough bios for the processor though? That is an outside shot at best.
