Avoid XFX - customer support is absent

If I were you, and the manufacturer's warranty is an important factor in selecting a video card, I would avoid XFX.

I had an XFX Nvidia 8800GT start to die on me. I opened an account at the official XFX support site, reported the problem, and received a "ticket" number. OK, great....

but that was two weeks ago, and no response from them since then. I'll update this thread as time goes by.
