They work perfectly. It's not a prestige brand, but who's going to be changing the world with an old laptop anyway? This is personally owned RAM that I removed from a company laptop that I had to return to IT. I no longer need it. About the cheapest I could find on Newegg for two 512MB modules was $40, not including shipping.
