This RAM is has been used about one half hour, in which time I found that neither of my laptops' motherboards support 4GB of RAM, even with the latest BIOS. Both RAM modules are good. I tested each of them separately in an Intel dual core and AMD dual core laptop.

    Darn... my laptop uses the same memory but I too can only do 2 GB max. :(
