win32\Spy.Ursnif.A virus

So it looks like a couple of other people have had problems with the same or similar virus. My Nod32 has had a warning message for a couple of days of
Object: c:\windows\system32\winlogon.exe
threat: Win32\Spy.Ursnif.A virus
This pops up any time I open a program or something runs.
Malwarebytes did nothing and windows live care got rid of the thread to windows\system32\termsrv.dll, but nothing will make this go away.

Please somebody help me out.

    Hello. :)

Let's have you download ComboFix.exe. Please visit this webpage for downloading and instructions for running the tool:

Go here ======> A guide and tutorial on using ComboFix <====== Go here

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first. This applies to XP Pro and XP Home users only.If you have SP3 installed you will need to use the download meant for SP2.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should get a prompt that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

    Please continue as follows:

    (1) Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
    (2) Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt for further review, so that we may continue cleansing the system.

Caution: Never run and remove files with Combofix unless supervised by a qualified security analyst who is experienced in the use of Combofix. Misuse can cause serious computer problems.

Do you have any idea what these are/contain?
    c:\program files\kimonotroj
    c:\program files\anitaespion
    c:\program files\termite it!

    Also download 'Hijack This!'.
    http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download

Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\HJT\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

When the Notepad window opens, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

I see you are running Teatimer.
I suggest you disable it because it can interfere with the changes you'll make on your system.
When everything is done and your log is clean again, you can enable it again.
If teatimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.
How to disable TeaTimer during HijackThis Cleanup
    Then, download ResetTeaTimer.bat.
Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat to remove all entries set by TeaTimer.

After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable TeaTimer again.

Next, please run HijackThis and place a tick by the following entries:
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust...search/ie.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust.../www.yahoo.com

Then, close all other windows, leaving only HijackThis open, and select Fix checked.

Close HijackThis and restart your computer.

Post a new HijackThis log in your reply, as well as let me know how things are running now?

Oh and I forgot. The virus warnings stopped after combofix ran and everything is still working on windows as of now. No problems.

Appears fine to me now as well.

    It's time to remove ComboFix.

Go to to Start > Run
    Type in box

    combofix /u

Note: the space between the X and the /u

    Press Enter.

    This command will:

    Delete the following:
ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
    VundoFix backups, if present
    The C:\Deckard folder, if present
    The C:_OtMoveIt folder, if present

    Reset the clock settings.
    Hide file extensions, if required.
    Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
    Reset System Restore.

If you'll reply back once just to let me know you have read that, then I could have this thread archived. Thanks. :)
