    Am I considered a local or a nonlocal? 'Cuz right now I'm over an hour away, but by then I may be a lot closer ...

    Change of plans kids, it doesn't look like I'll be able to make it. Between classes and being forced to buy a new car my finances are sunk. I may be able to scrounge up some money by then, but for now I'm guarding the fence.
