Is there some way I can convert a .toast file to something a windows cd burning program, such as Nero, could read WITHOUT using a Mac?

Googled briefly and supposedly you can change the extension to .img on some files and mount them or burn them.

    [EDIT]But I didn't find a converter[/EDIT]

I would try renaming it and mounting it with Daemon-Tools as it seems to have a huge amount of support for different formats. You could even try mounting the .toast file itself with it.

Daemon-Tools supports the following image files:

    cue/bin
    iso
    ccd (CloneCD)
    bwt (Blindwrite)
    mds (Media Descriptor File)
    cdi (Discjuggler)
    nrg (Nero)
    pdi (Instant CD/DVD)

So yeah, you'll probably need to convert it :(

Have you tried either renaming it and mounting it with Daemon tools, or just trying to mount it with it? Just in case...

Try renaming the extension to .img and burn it with CloneCD. You could also try Isobuster and extract it.

This page - http://www.cnad-union.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=170 - and a few others say that just renaming it and burning it should work.
