good overclocker (doesn't have to be top in class)
ATX, full size (no mini-ATX)

the EP45-UD3P is a good solid overclocker too, that's what I'm running atm. The northbridge will do up to 466MHz without needing much extra voltage with 4 DIMMs installed. I'm running mine @ 450MHz, RAM @ DDR2-1080 5-5-5-18 with 1.2v northbridge core and it seems to be rock solid.
