    The only massive significance to this story is that AT&T finally got off their ass and did it. Remarkable, they aren't even charging extra for it.

    It is worth noting that most carriers have had MMS working since iPhone OS 3.0 was released (or shortly there after) late spring or early summer, but AT&T, the only US carrier waiting until now.
