Includes: heatsink, motherboard bracket & hardware, original fan (unused), fan clips, and fan controller
--or-- $30 shipped Priority and I substitute a lightly used Yate Loon D12SM-12 120mm fan (much superior to the stock fan).
It's not a Megahalems or TRUE, but it's still a pretty effective heatpipe cooler.
