Actually, I haven't been on when ANYONE has done it. Then again I've only played TF2 on the Icrontic server about a half dozen times since I'm always at work when the game is going on.
Pigflipper, from your responses, I think you may not be seeing just what kind-of behavior we're talking about here.
When people curse or spray mildly inappropriate things, thingsthat they may truely not understand aren't appropriate, then a warning is fine. If we really believe that the person didn't mean to offend people, and just thought they were being funny, that's one thing.
We're talking about abusive people: People who come onto our server and from the get-go are intendingto be offensive, be it with heavily obscene language or gonzo-porn sprays, they know that they are being offensive, and that's not the kind-of person I want to hang-out with, even if their behavior doesn't necessarily offend me personally.
Giving warnings to those people is just feeding the trolls. They want us to keep kicking them over and over without banning, it's what they get off on.

What ever the rules are (ban or kick 'em then ban on 2nd offense) they have to be followed by everyone!!!!!
