I'm not sad. I was less than enthused by Passage to India. I tried to order something that I'd had great luck with at other Indian establishments as one of the most delicious things I'd ever tasted (Paneer tikka masala) and they told me the chef said no, he refused to make it.
No, but the waiter said I could order off menu, they had all the ingredients to make it, then he came back after giving the order to the chef and the chef had said no.
I'll miss Passage, I liked the food and atmosphere but I liked how they let us basically take over the place when we showed up even more. Not every place will do that. My only two visits to The Passage are fond memories.

Besides, I'm about as liberal as they come, but even I can't handle the Hippie Quotientâ„¢ out there
lol... It's not so bad if you just make sure to drink heavily before and during your trip in town.
Plus: Zingerman's negates a lot of hippie culture negatives.
Fixed. He's done now.
Just as close as Ann Arbor...hahahaha
