help with computer

:( Hi everybody , I sure could use some help with my computer. A few days ago my system crashed. I was able to put sp1 back on but now I cannot seem to go anywhere. I lost sp2 and 3. Microsoft sent me a sight to go to but my system is saying server not available, is there anybody that could help me with this problem thank you.

    I don't quite understand. Did you go to Microsoft's XP download pages directly or did you use some other method, like Windows Update?

    Just go to Microsoft.com and search for the XP Service Pack 2 and 3 downloads. Download them and then simply install.
